Well, how many of you can say that? :P
Ciarán is a very sweet pup, very high IQ
But when he sees anything smaller then him (not including his brother and sister) his IQ drops to below zero and he tries to eat it
And he doesn't talk...he mews and he barks xD but he understand human

Now...about the picture, I see now the green REAAAAAAALLY doesn't fit
I don't care xD I were gonna do blue or purple...but since I've done that so many times I just though: "Oh! let's get the most annoying blinding shade of green!"
